Young Leaders In A Box
The Young Leaders' Scheme is just one part of the exciting programme elements in the Explorer Scout section. Young Leaders are Explorer Scouts who choose to devote a large proportion of their time in Scouting to service as a leader in another section with ever Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. Many of the Young Leaders carry on the skills they learn in this training to be the Leaders of the Future Young Leaders become aware of, and learn how to deal with, various different parts of leadership within the Scouting Movement
